As a child my mum used to make big birthday parties for her kids, with special theme each year, going from Winnie the Pooh©, Mickey Mouse©, to Barbie© and Strawberry Cake©, etc. Every age has its own character! Of course, I followed this tradition and I love to make my kids their birthday cake, including decorated cookies or a huge piñata! 

Each kid has its own wish and I can only show you some of the cakes I have been making through the years.

What is the sponge? Well, let's say it very very simple: it's the "bread" of the cake. You can choose one of these available flavours:

I include up to 2 fillings per tier.  If you choose 2 fillings, they can both be the same flavour, or different. Up to you! If you don't find the flavour you are craving for, contact me and I will bake it for you!
